In their words

A little feedback. A lot of heart.

Isabella is a true expert who masters all the exercises herself with ease and has an enormous knowledge of Pilates. What I love most is her capability to adapt exercises to our specific needs while maintaining an abundant amount of energy. She is such a sweet, amiable person who is interested in her trainees, and she easily connects with everyone. We used the Reformer, Tower, and Jumpboard, and she found ways to increasingly make the exercises more complex. Thanks to her, my core stability, flexibility, and balance have improved dramatically. 10/10! You taught me so much about my body and I was really looking forward to your sessions each week!

I wanted to express how grateful I am to have met you. You are without doubt the best instructor I have come across. I learned how important breathing is, how core + pelvis is the key, how slow and intentional is 1000 times better than fast & quantity, how important it is to try and challenge yourself, and many more. Thank you for your energy and encouragement.

Good to know

1:1 coaching questions.

Who is 1:1 coaching for?

Anyone looking for individual guidance and a practice shaped around their needs. You might want to build strength, improve mobility, explore your posture habits or develop greater control and body awareness.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. We’ll start from your current level and build progressively. Sessions also suit experienced practitioners who want to refine their technique.

What happens in the first session?

Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form. I’ll review your answers and prepare follow-up questions. During the session we’ll discuss your goals, explore your movement and identify your priorities, then create a plan and decide how often to meet. Allow 60–90 minutes for this first appointment.

How long are the following sessions?

Sessions usually last 50 minutes. If a shorter or longer format would better suit your lifestyle and plan, we can agree on the duration together.

How often should we meet?

We’ll decide together based on your goals, availability and the pace you want to progress at — perhaps once or twice a week, with homework and movement snacks between appointments.

Can I book just one session?

Yes. A single session gives us time to explore your needs or work on a specific focus. An ongoing plan with progression and regular homework works best with a session package and a consistent schedule.

Will I receive exercises to practise at home?

Yes. As part of ongoing coaching you’ll receive focused homework and movement snacks tailored to your priorities, with exercise videos and cues where helpful. We’ll review and adapt these as you progress.

Where do sessions take place?

Online by video call, so you can join from wherever you have a quiet space and a reliable internet connection. Joining details are shared before your appointment.

What equipment do I need?

A mat and enough space to move comfortably. Tell me what equipment you already have in your intake form and I’ll plan accordingly; we can discuss any useful additions as we go.

Do I need my camera on?

Yes. Seeing how you move lets me give personalised feedback and adapt the exercises. Position your camera so your whole mat and body are visible.

What does a session cost?

Single session: 40€. 5-session pack: 190€ (38€ per session). 10-session pack: 350€ (35€ per session).

Is the first assessment free?

The assessment is included in your first paid session, with up to 40 additional minutes at no extra charge — so your first appointment can last up to 90 minutes, giving us time for a detailed conversation, movement assessment and practice.

How do I book and pay?

Send an enquiry through the website or email isabelladimille.pilates@gmail.com. We’ll agree on a time, and you’ll receive your intake form and payment details. Please complete the form and pay in advance; if payment hasn’t been received before your appointment, the session is automatically cancelled.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and, if booked through a package, count as a used session. I understand emergencies happen and will do my best to be flexible where possible.

Do session packages expire?

No. Your session package has no expiry date.

Can I join if I’m pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a health condition?

Yes. I have experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients. Please share your circumstances before we begin so we can discuss your needs and suitable adaptations; depending on your situation, you’ll receive a specific intake form to complete.

How do I contact you?
