Frequently asked questions.
Online Studio
What does membership include?
Three live 45-minute Pilates classes every week, plus access to a growing on-demand library. Every live class recording is available immediately after the session.
What are the three classes?
Pilates Flow — full-body classical Pilates focused on core strength, control and body awareness, using bodyweight or a Pilates ball. Pilates Strength — Pilates-inspired movement with dumbbells, focused on glutes, core, arms and back. Pilates Mobility & Posture — a slower practice focused on mobility and posture awareness, using bodyweight or a foam roller.
When do the live classes take place?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 08:00 to 08:45 Amsterdam time, following European summer and winter clock changes. The website shows the equivalent time in your local time zone.
What if I can’t attend live?
The recording is available immediately after class. Catch up whenever it suits you, or repeat a class you enjoyed.
How long can I access the recordings?
Recordings stay in the growing library and remain available while your membership is active. Access ends when your trial or paid membership expires.
What equipment do I need?
A mat and enough space to move comfortably. Depending on the class, you may also need a Pilates ball, dumbbells or a foam roller. Equipment is listed beside each class.
Do I have to use 3–5 kg weights?
You’re welcome to start lighter — even with 1 kg — and gradually increase the weight as you build strength and control. If you don’t have dumbbells, securely closed water bottles or other sturdy household items you can grip comfortably can work too. Choose items that won’t slip, break or spill during movement.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! All three classes welcome beginners, with modifications offered throughout so you can work at your own level.
How do I access a live class?
You’ll join each class from the Online Studio — classes stream directly on the website or via Zoom, with the joining link shared before class. (Exact booking and joining steps are being finalised.)
Do I need to keep my camera on?
I encourage you to keep your camera on so I can see how you’re moving and offer personalised feedback — this is a welcoming space where you can show up just as you are. If you prefer to keep your camera off, that’s completely fine too.
Will I appear in the class recording?
No. Only Bella appears in the recordings.
How does the free trial work?
You receive seven days of access to live classes and the on-demand library. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically becomes a €20/month subscription with a minimum three-month paid commitment (€60 total, billed monthly).
What are the membership options?
€20/month — a recurring membership, billed monthly, with a minimum three-month paid commitment (€60 total). €30 for one month — a one-time payment for one month of access, with no automatic renewal. Both options include all live classes and the on-demand library.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel your free trial before it ends to avoid being charged. The €20/month subscription has a minimum three-month paid commitment; after that you can cancel anytime from your account page. The €30 one-month option ends automatically, so there’s no need to cancel it.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships can’t be paused. The one-month option ends automatically after one month. With the recurring subscription, you can end your membership after completing the minimum three-month paid commitment.
Can I join if I’m pregnant, recovering from an injury or need specific adaptations?
Please contact me before joining so we can discuss your needs and whether group classes are a suitable starting point. Individual support is also available through 1:1 coaching.
What happens if a live class is cancelled?
If I’m unable to teach a scheduled live class, I’ll provide a replacement recorded class so you can practise in your own time.
Who do I contact if I need help?

1:1 Coaching
Who is 1:1 coaching for?
Anyone looking for individual guidance and a practice shaped around their needs. You might want to build strength, improve mobility, explore your posture habits or develop greater control and body awareness.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. We’ll start from your current level and build progressively. Sessions also suit experienced practitioners who want to refine their technique.
What happens in the first session?
Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form. I’ll review your answers and prepare follow-up questions. During the session we’ll discuss your goals, explore your movement and identify your priorities, then create a plan and decide how often to meet. Allow 60–90 minutes for this first appointment.
How long are the following sessions?
Sessions usually last 50 minutes. If a shorter or longer format would better suit your lifestyle and plan, we can agree on the duration together.
How often should we meet?
We’ll decide together based on your goals, availability and the pace you want to progress at — perhaps once or twice a week, with homework and movement snacks between appointments.
Can I book just one session?
Yes. A single session gives us time to explore your needs or work on a specific focus. An ongoing plan with progression and regular homework works best with a session package and a consistent schedule.
Will I receive exercises to practise at home?
Yes. As part of ongoing coaching you’ll receive focused homework and movement snacks tailored to your priorities, with exercise videos and cues where helpful. We’ll review and adapt these as you progress.
Where do sessions take place?
Online by video call, so you can join from wherever you have a quiet space and a reliable internet connection. Joining details are shared before your appointment.
What equipment do I need?
A mat and enough space to move comfortably. Tell me what equipment you already have in your intake form and I’ll plan accordingly; we can discuss any useful additions as we go.
Do I need my camera on?
Yes. Seeing how you move lets me give personalised feedback and adapt the exercises. Position your camera so your whole mat and body are visible.
What does a session cost?
Single session: 40€. 5-session pack: 190€ (38€ per session). 10-session pack: 350€ (35€ per session).
Is the first assessment free?
The assessment is included in your first paid session, with up to 40 additional minutes at no extra charge — so your first appointment can last up to 90 minutes, giving us time for a detailed conversation, movement assessment and practice.
How do I book and pay?
Send an enquiry through the website or email isabelladimille.pilates@gmail.com. We’ll agree on a time, and you’ll receive your intake form and payment details. Please complete the form and pay in advance; if payment hasn’t been received before your appointment, the session is automatically cancelled.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and, if booked through a package, count as a used session. I understand emergencies happen and will do my best to be flexible where possible.
Do session packages expire?
No. Your session package has no expiry date.
Can I join if I’m pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a health condition?
Yes. I have experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients. Please share your circumstances before we begin so we can discuss your needs and suitable adaptations; depending on your situation, you’ll receive a specific intake form to complete.
